Foreman Installation Refrigeration

CoolSys seeks a Foreman Installation Refrigeration to lead field crews installing commercial refrigeration systems for construction projects. You'll interpret plans, coordinate with GCs and trades, and ensure safe, high-quality installations from piping and brazing through startup and commissioning. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews installing commercial refrigeration systems on construction projects.
• Interpret plans, specs, and schematics to plan layout and installation sequence.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Cool
• Sys safety standards and OSHA requirements on every jobsite.
• Perform piping, brazing, equipment setting, and system startup/commissioning.
• Inspect work for quality, complete punch lists, and resolve field issues.
• Train and mentor installers and apprentices on best practices and company standards.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, material usage, and change documentation.
