Responsibilities

• Operate company tractor-trailer on a dedicated local route hauling refrigerated and live poultry loads
• Conduct safe, compliant vehicle inspections and follow all DOT and company safety regulations
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries to regional poultry facilities and customers
• Secure and monitor temperature-controlled and live loads according to company standards
• Communicate with dispatch and operations for routing, scheduling, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate logs, trip paperwork, and electronic documentation
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at all delivery and pickup locations
• Care for and report on equipment condition, noting maintenance needs promptly
