Refrigerant Foreman

CoolSys is seeking a Refrigerant Foreman to lead field crews installing, commissioning, and servicing commercial refrigeration systems for retail, industrial, and mission-critical customers. Responsibilities

• Lead installation and service of commercial refrigeration systems for retail and industrial customers
• Supervise and mentor field technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Interpret plans, schematics, and job scopes to coordinate materials, tools, and manpower
• Perform start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration and HVAC-R equipment
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety policies and documentation requirements
• Communicate project status, issues, and solutions with customers, project managers, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate job records, time, and materials for each project
