Direct Sales Representative

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative - MDU to drive subscriber growth for our high-speed internet, TV, and phone services in multi-dwelling communities. In this field-based role, you will prospect, cold call, and conduct door-to-door outreach, presenting Astound's fiber-rich broadband and WiFi solutions to residential customers. You'll qualify prospects, explain service options, prepare orders, and meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborating with local teams, you'll support events, track activity in CRM tools, and represent Astound's customer-first culture and commitment to local communities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new residential customers within assigned MDU territories
• Conduct door-to-door and face-to-face sales presentations to residents
• Qualify prospects and recommend appropriate internet, TV, and phone packages
• Close sales, complete accurate orders, and submit required documentation
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Maintain organized pipeline and activity records in CRM tools
• Partner with local teams to support community and on-site resident events
• Stay current on Astound products, promotions, and competitive offerings
• Provide a customer-first experience and resolve basic service questions
• Represent Astound professionally in assigned communities and markets
