Commercial Truck Assistant Service Manager

Milea Truck Sales & Leasing is seeking a Commercial Truck Assistant Service Manager to support daily operations in our Bronx service department. You will help manage work orders, schedule repairs, coordinate with technicians, and communicate with fleet customers to ensure timely, high-quality service. Responsibilities include estimating jobs, monitoring shop workflow, assisting with warranty and parts coordination, and supporting a safe, efficient work environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily commercial truck service department operations
• Create, review, and close repair orders accurately and on time
• Schedule and prioritize shop work, coordinating with technicians and parts
• Communicate with fleet and commercial customers regarding repair status, estimates, and approvals
• Support warranty claims processing and proper documentation
• Monitor shop productivity, quality, and adherence to safety procedures
• Help resolve customer concerns and ensure a strong service experience
• Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to support fleet uptime
• Maintain accurate records in dealer management and service systems
• Contribute to a team-oriented, customer-first culture
