CDL-A Truck Driver

Blair Logistics Inc is seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to haul flatbed and step-deck freight for regional and long-haul routes. As a 1099 contractor, you'll operate safely and professionally while securing and transporting industrial loads, performing thorough pre/post-trip inspections, and maintaining DOT compliance. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A flatbed and step-deck equipment for regional and long-haul freight
• Secure, tarp, and inspect loads according to flatbed safety standards
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment checks
• Maintain full DOT and FMCSA compliance, including accurate ELD logs
• Plan routes to ensure on-time pickup and delivery for industrial customers
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and support teams
• Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures
• Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate necessary repairs
• Protect freight and equipment while minimizing cargo damage
• Represent Blair Logistics with professionalism, reliability, and respect
