CDL A Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor trailer on local routes
• Pick up and deliver containerized freight between ports, ramps, and facilities
• Conduct pre and post trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, and delays
• Secure loads and ensure accurate documentation and manifests
• Provide professional customer service at pick up and delivery locations
• Report equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts

Required Skills

• CDL Class A commercial driving
