Nonprofit Program Manager

The American National Red Cross seeks a Nonprofit Program Manager to lead mission-driven programs delivering disaster relief, health education, and community services. Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and manage Red Cross community and disaster relief programs from initiation through evaluation.
• Coordinate and support volunteers and staff to deliver services effectively and safely.
• Develop and monitor program budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and report program data to demonstrate outcomes and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support disaster response initiatives and adapt programs to evolving community needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on communications, outreach, and participant engagement.
• Identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion based on community feedback and data.
