CDL-A Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailers on local routes
• Transport containerized freight between ports, rail ramps, and distribution centers
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Comply with DOT, company, and safety regulations at all times
• Coordinate with dispatch and terminal staff for efficient scheduling
• Secure loads and verify freight documentation and accuracy
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at all delivery locations
• Report equipment issues and incidents promptly
• Follow company policies supporting a safety-first culture
• Support continuous improvement in on-time performance and efficiency
