CDL A Truck Driver

STG Logistics (Formally XPO) is hiring Local CDL A Truck Drivers for containerized freight in the Transportation & Warehousing industry. In this home-daily role, you'll haul containers between ports, rail ramps, and distribution centers, supporting fast-paced intermodal and drayage operations. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, pre-/post-trip inspections, accurate logging, and on-time deliveries while following DOT and company safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer on local routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Transport containerized freight between ports, rail ramps, and facilities
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while following dispatch instructions
• Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
• Secure and verify loads and required shipping documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and yard staff
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and driver paperwork
• Report equipment issues and coordinate needed maintenance
• Support a safety-first and performance-driven work culture
