Company Truck Driver

STG Logistics (Formally XPO) is hiring Company CDL A Truck Drivers to support our growing intermodal and drayage network. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll safely haul containerized freight between ports, rail ramps, and distribution centers, ensuring on-time, damage-free delivery. Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logkeeping, and strict adherence to DOT and company safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailers for regional and local freight moves
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations and policies
• Secure, load, and unload freight as required, ensuring cargo integrity
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing, scheduling, and load assignments
• Provide professional customer service at ports, rail ramps, and facilities
• Report equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance teams
• Follow company procedures for incident and accident reporting
• Adhere to hours-of-service rules and on-time delivery standards
• Support a safety-first, performance-driven team culture
