CDL A Truck Driver

STG Logistics (Formally XPO) is seeking a local CDL A Truck Driver for containerized freight operations in the Transportation & Warehousing industry. In this field-based role, you'll run consistent local routes between ports, rail ramps, and distribution centers, starting at $36.30/hr with weekly pay and full benefits. Responsibilities include safe operation of tractor-trailers, pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logging, and professional customer service at each stop. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer on local routes between ports, rail ramps, and distribution centers
• Safely transport containerized freight following DOT and company regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and electronic records
• Follow terminal, yard, and customer site safety procedures
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and load status
• Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations
• Secure loads and verify freight against documentation
• Adhere to performance and on-time delivery standards
• Participate in ongoing safety and training programs
