Journeyman Installation HVAC

CoolSys is seeking a Journeyman Installation HVAC professional to install and start up commercial and industrial HVAC systems on construction projects. In this field-based role, you will read blueprints, set equipment, install ductwork and refrigeration piping, and assist with controls and wiring. You'll ensure work meets safety, quality, and code standards while collaborating closely with project managers, foremen, and other trades. Responsibilities

• Install commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigeration piping, and controls per plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job layouts to plan efficient installation work.
• Perform equipment start-up, testing, and basic troubleshooting to verify proper system operation.
• Follow all Cool
• Sys and site-specific safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and tools.
• Coordinate daily tasks with foremen, project managers, and other trades to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicle in safe, clean, and organized condition.
• Document work performed, materials used, and report issues or changes in scope to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service on job sites, representing Cool
