CDL-A Truck Driver

Blair Logistics Inc is seeking CDL-A Truck Drivers to haul flatbed and step-deck freight across regional and long-haul lanes. As an independent contractor (1099), you'll operate safely and efficiently while ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries for industrial customers. Responsibilities include securement, inspections, DOT-compliant logging, and professional communication with dispatch and customers. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor safely hauling flatbed and step-deck freight
• Secure and tarp loads per safety and customer requirements
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate DOT-compliant logs and documentation
• Plan routes to meet on-time pickup and delivery schedules
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and teammates
• Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety policies
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs as needed
• Handle freight with care to prevent damage
• Represent Blair Logistics with professionalism on the road and at customer sites
