Commercial Refrigeration Service Tech

CoolSys seeks a Commercial Journeyman Refrigeration tech to install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems for retail, commercial, and industrial customers. In this skilled field role, you'll troubleshoot rack, walk-in, and reach-in equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and optimize system efficiency and reliability. You'll interpret schematics, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver customer-focused service. Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems for retail and industrial customers
• Perform diagnostics on rack, reach-in, and walk-in units to ensure reliable operation
• Complete preventive maintenance, leak checks, and system performance tests
• Interpret electrical and refrigeration schematics to troubleshoot complex issues
• Maintain safety, quality, and documentation standards per Cool
• Sys procedures
• Collaborate with team members and customers to deliver timely, efficient solutions
