HVAC Journeyman

CoolSys is hiring a Journeyman HVAC technician for our HVAC Wholesale division. In this skilled labor role, you'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial HVAC systems for retail, commercial, and industrial customers. You'll handle start-up, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance while upholding our safety-first, customer-focused culture. Working hands-on in the field, you'll partner with sales and engineering teams, use advanced tools and controls, and receive ongoing technical training with clear paths for career growth in HVAC-R and energy-efficient solutions nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and commission commercial HVAC systems for wholesale customers.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and light refrigeration issues in the field.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system reliability and efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all work meets safety, code, and Cool
• Sys quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and warehouse teams to support customers.
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service systems.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and support to junior technicians.
