CDL A Local Driver

STG Logistics (Formally XPO) seeks a safety focused CDL A Local Driver to haul containerized freight between ports, rail ramps, and customer locations. In this performance driven role, you'll run consistent local routes, perform thorough pre /post trip inspections, and ensure on time, compliant deliveries. You'll work closely with dispatch, follow all DOT and company safety standards, and provide professional customer service. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tractor trailer for local routes hauling containerized freight
• Perform pre trip and post trip inspections and complete required logs
• Adhere to DOT, safety, and company compliance standards at all times
• Safely load, secure, and unload freight as required
• Communicate with dispatch for routing, scheduling, and updates
• Provide professional customer service at ports, ramps, and customer sites
• Report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and fuel records
