CDL-A Truck Driver

Blair Logistics Inc is seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for 1099 flatbed and step-deck freight. Based out of Alabama with regional and long-haul lanes, you'll haul industrial freight with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include securement, pre/post-trip inspections, compliant log-keeping, and communicating with dispatch and customers. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A truck hauling flatbed and step-deck freight regionally and over-the-road
• Perform safe and proper load securement using chains, binders, tarps, and straps
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and documentation in line with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and operations for on-time deliveries
• Follow company safety policies and a safety-first culture at all times
• Plan routes, manage hours of service, and coordinate fuel and rest stops efficiently
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate basic roadside troubleshooting as needed
