Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, is seeking experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive shipments across North America. In this fast-paced, customer-first role, you will operate your own tractor-trailer, ensuring on-time, safe, and compliant deliveries while leveraging advanced routing and communication technology. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a commercial tractor-trailer for expedited, time-critical deliveries across North America.
• Ensure full compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations, safety standards, and Panther Premium Logistics policies.
• Manage secure, temperature-sensitive, and high-value freight with precise handling and documentation.
• Use ELDs and routing technology to optimize routes, meet strict delivery windows, and communicate shipment status.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance and safety concerns.
• Provide professional, customer-first service while coordinating with dispatch and 24/7 operations support.
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and load documentation for all shipments.
• Adhere to company culture emphasizing safety, reliability, teamwork, and urgency in problem solving.
