Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, seeks experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America. In this fast-paced, customer-first role, you'll operate your own equipment, manage OTR schedules, and partner with our 24/7 operations team to deliver expedited shipments safely and on time. Responsibilities include strict DOT/FMCSA compliance, careful cargo handling, accurate ELD logging, and proactive communication with dispatch. Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer for expedited, time-critical freight
• Manage on-time pickup and delivery across North America
• Ensure full FMCSA/DOT and company safety compliance
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance
• Handle high-value and temperature-sensitive shipments with care
• Optimize routes using GPS and dispatch guidance
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and shipment documentation
• Communicate proactively with 24/7 dispatch and customers
• Manage fuel, expenses, and equipment as an independent contractor
• Uphold Panther's customer-first, safety-focused culture
