In this fast-paced, customer-first role, you'll haul time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive shipments across North America. Responsibilities include safe tractor-trailer operation, strict DOT/FMCSA compliance, precise on-time delivery, and professional customer service. Partner with 24/7 dispatch and advanced technology to optimize routes, maximize utilization, and maintain a top-tier safety record while growing your independent business with a trusted logistics leader.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely for time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight
• Maintain full FMCSA/DOT compliance, including logs, inspections, and safety standards
• Coordinate closely with dispatch using advanced technology and telematics
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
• Secure and protect cargo to prevent loss or damage in transit
• Manage routes, schedules, and hours-of-service to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide professional, customer-first service at pickup and delivery locations
• Communicate proactively about delays, issues, or service concerns
• Follow company safety policies and participate in ongoing safety programs
• Maintain accurate documentation for loads, fuel, and expenses
