Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, is seeking experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support premium, time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America. As an independent contractor, you'll operate your own tractor, partnering with a fast-paced, customer-first leader in expedited logistics. Responsibilities include safe, compliant OTR operation; on-time pickup and delivery; professional customer interactions; and diligent equipment care. You'll leverage advanced technology, 24/7 dispatch support, and a strong safety culture while maximizing revenue through consistent freight opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer for time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight
• Maintain strict DOT, FMCSA, and Panther safety and compliance standards
• Manage on-time pickups and deliveries across North America in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Use ELDs, GPS, and Panther technology platforms for routing, communication, and load management
• Secure and protect freight, following specific handling requirements for high-value and temperature-controlled loads
• Provide professional, customer-first service at shipper and receiver locations
• Coordinate closely with Panther dispatch and support teams to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and shipment documentation
• Operate as an independent business owner, managing fuel, expenses, and profitability
