Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely for time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight
• Maintain strict FMCSA/DOT compliance and accurate ELD logs
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Coordinate with 24/7 dispatch to meet tight pickup and delivery windows
• Protect cargo integrity, security, and temperature requirements
• Provide professional, customer-first service at shipper and consignee locations
• Manage paperwork, BOLs, and proof-of-delivery documentation accurately
• Apply defensive driving practices to ensure safety and minimize incidents
• Communicate proactively about delays, issues, and equipment needs
