Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer for expedited and time-critical freight across North America.
• Pick up, transport, and deliver high-value and temperature-sensitive shipments on schedule.
• Maintain full FMCSA/DOT compliance, accurate logs, and required documentation using ELDs.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and coordinate maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and support teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Protect freight integrity through proper loading, securement, and temperature control monitoring.
• Use GPS and routing technology to optimize routes and meet tight delivery windows.
• Uphold Panther's safety, reliability, and customer-first standards on every load.
