Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely for time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America
• Maintain full FMCSA/DOT compliance, accurate logs, and required documentation
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and address basic maintenance issues
• Plan efficient routes, manage hours of service, and meet strict pickup and delivery windows
• Protect and secure cargo, including temperature-controlled and high-value shipments
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations 24/7 as needed
• Use onboard technology, GPS, and ELD systems to track loads and provide real-time updates
• Adhere to Panther Premium Logistics safety, security, and service standards
• Manage fuel, tolls, and equipment to maximize profitability as an owner operator
• Represent Panther Premium Logistics with professionalism and a strong customer-first attitude
