Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, is seeking experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America. In this fast-paced, customer-first environment, you'll operate your own equipment under Panther's authority, using advanced technology and 24/7 support to ensure safe, on-time delivery. Responsibilities include long-haul driving, freight securement, DOT and HOS compliance, and professional customer interaction at pickup and delivery. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle for time-critical and high-value freight across North America
• Maintain strict compliance with DOT, HOS, and Panther Premium Logistics safety standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and coordinate maintenance needs
• Manage on-time pickups and deliveries while communicating proactively with 24/7 operations
• Handle temperature-sensitive and high-value shipments with precise securement and documentation
• Use onboard technology and ELD systems for routing, communication, and load tracking
• Provide professional, customer-first service at shipper and consignee locations
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and related paperwork for each load
