Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, seeks experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America. As an independent contractor, you'll operate your own equipment on expedited shipments, leveraging Panther's advanced technology, 24/7 dispatch, and strong freight network. Responsibilities include safe operation of tractor-trailer equipment, strict adherence to DOT and HOS regulations, freight securement, and on-time pickup and delivery. You'll coordinate closely with our fast-paced, customer-first operations team, using ELDs and GPS to manage routes, updates, and communication. We emphasize safety, reliability, and teamwork, empowering Owner Operators to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional service. Panther offers consistent loads, fuel and settlement support, and growth opportunities in a dynamic, professional logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate tractor-trailer equipment safely and professionally for expedited freight loads
  • Pick up, secure, transport, and deliver time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive shipments
  • Maintain strict compliance with DOT, HOS, and Panther Premium Logistics safety standards
  • Use ELDs, GPS, and mobile technology to manage routes, updates, and communication with dispatch
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation
  • Manage fuel, routing, and time to meet tight delivery windows and customer expectations
  • Represent Panther Premium Logistics with professionalism and strong customer service at all times
  • Coordinate with 24/7 operations for load planning, issue resolution, and continuous freight opportunities
