Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, seeks experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to haul expedited, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America. As an independent contractor, you'll partner with a premium logistics leader known for time-critical solutions, advanced technology, and 24/7 support. Operate safely and professionally while meeting strict delivery windows, following DOT regulations, and maintaining equipment standards. Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer or straight truck for expedited freight across North America
• Pick up, secure, transport, and deliver time-critical, high-value, or temperature-sensitive loads
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and compliant
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations and HOS requirements
• Use onboard and mobile technology for dispatch, communication, and load tracking
• Maintain accurate logs, shipment documentation, and proof-of-delivery records
• Provide professional, customer-first service at shipper and receiver locations
• Coordinate with 24/7 operations and dispatch to solve routing and timing challenges
• Care for equipment appearance and basic preventive maintenance
• Adhere to Panther Premium Logistics' standards for reliability, security, and professionalism
