Responsibilities include safe operation of your tractor, DOT-compliant logs, freight securement, temperature-sensitive handling as needed, and professional customer interaction. Responsibilities

• Operate safely as an independent Owner Operator for time-critical and high-value freight
• Maintain full DOT/FMCSA compliance, logs, inspections, and documentation
• Coordinate closely with 24/7 dispatch to meet expedited pickup and delivery windows
• Plan routes for efficiency, safety, and on-time performance across North America
• Handle temperature-sensitive and specialized shipments per customer requirements
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
• Protect freight through proper loading, securement, and cargo handling
• Provide professional, customer-first service at shipper and consignee locations
• Use onboard technology, GPS, and communication tools for real-time updates
• Support Panther's culture of safety, reliability, and teamwork on every load
