Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely for time-critical, high-value freight across North America
• Maintain strict DOT, FMCSA, and Panther safety, logging, and compliance standards
• Safely handle, secure, and protect expedited and temperature-sensitive shipments
• Coordinate with 24/7 dispatch using on-board technology for optimal routes and on-time delivery
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Provide professional, customer-first service at all pickup and delivery locations
• Manage fuel, tolls, and trip planning to maximize profitability and service levels
• Maintain accurate documentation, bills of lading, and delivery records
