Mobile Technician

TDG Facilities, LLC seeks a Mobile Technician to perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and light construction for commercial facilities across the region. Based from a company vehicle, you'll complete work orders, troubleshoot building issues, and support fit-outs, repairs, and small projects. Tasks include carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing, minor HVAC support, and general building upkeep. You'll work closely with dispatch and project leads, follow safety standards, document work in mobile apps, and deliver professional, reliable service to our clients' properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site commercial facility maintenance, repairs, and minor construction tasks
• Travel between client locations using a company vehicle to complete scheduled and emergency work orders
• Troubleshoot building systems, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC support
• Support small fit-outs, renovations, and general building improvements as directed by project leads
• Use mobile apps/CMMS to receive work orders, document labor and materials, and capture before/after photos
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines on every jobsite
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and dispatch regarding job status and needs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle inventory in clean, safe, and organized condition
• Identify and report additional repair needs or facility risks observed on-site
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, timely, and reliable service to all clients
