General Labor

Veritas Steel LLC is hiring 2nd Shift and Weekend General Labor team members to support steel bridge and structural component fabrication. In this manufacturing role, you'll handle materials, assist welders and fitters, operate basic shop equipment, and keep work areas clean and safe. You'll follow detailed instructions, use hand and power tools, and learn to read measurements and job travelers. Responsibilities

• Support steel bridge and structural component fabrication on 2nd shift and weekends
• Handle, move, and stage steel materials safely using shop equipment
• Assist welders, fitters, and machine operators with production tasks
• Operate basic hand and power tools per work instructions
• Read and follow job travelers, tags, and basic measurements
• Inspect materials for damage or defects and report issues
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following 5
• S practices
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
• Load and unload parts, fixtures, and components for production
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
