Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, is seeking experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support our premium Transportation & Logistics operations. As an independent contractor, you'll haul time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America using advanced technology and 24/7 dispatch support. Responsibilities include safe, compliant operation of your truck, on-time pickups and deliveries, accurate ELD logs, and strict adherence to DOT and Panther safety standards. You'll solve complex shipping challenges in a fast-paced, customer-first environment that values reliability, teamwork, and professionalism while maximizing your earning potential as an owner operator.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial truck to transport expedited freight across North America
• Pick up and deliver time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive shipments on schedule
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required logs and documentation
• Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and Panther Premium Logistics safety standards
• Use on-board technology and dispatch systems to receive loads, routes, and updates
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and support teams 24/7
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage and ensure load integrity
• Manage route planning, fuel optimization, and hours-of-service to maximize earnings
• Maintain truck in clean, roadworthy condition and coordinate necessary maintenance
• Represent Panther Premium Logistics with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
