PT Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a PT Senior Sales Associate to support customers in our retail store, focusing on band and orchestra instruments, accessories, and lessons. You'll provide knowledgeable product recommendations, process sales and rentals, schedule lessons, and offer exceptional service to students, parents, and educators. This role supports our mission of music education through individualized guidance and community engagement. You'll help maintain merchandise displays, handle basic inventory tasks, meet sales goals, and collaborate with teammates in a friendly, performance oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable, friendly customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Recommend instruments, accessories, and services based on customer needs
• Process sales, rentals, returns, and lesson enrollments at the register
• Support scheduling and coordination of private music lessons
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, and product displays
• Assist with basic inventory tasks, stocking, and product organization
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Educate customers on repair, rental, and lesson options to support music education
• Collaborate with team members to support events and community outreach
• Follow store policies and protect company assets and customer data
