Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, is seeking experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to move time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America. As an independent contractor, you'll partner with a fast-paced, customer-first logistics leader that offers consistent premium freight, 24/7 dispatch support, and advanced technology tools. You'll operate safely and professionally, manage your own business, and deliver urgent shipments with reliability, urgency, and exceptional service in a team-oriented culture focused on safety and growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely as an Owner Operator Truck Driver hauling expedited freight across North America
• Maintain strict compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and Panther safety and operational standards
• Manage trip planning, HOS, and on-time delivery for time-critical and temperature-sensitive shipments
• Communicate proactively with 24/7 dispatch and customers to ensure status updates and service excellence
• Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance on tractor and trailer
• Properly secure, protect, and handle high-value and temperature-controlled freight
• Leverage Panther technology and mobile tools for load selection, routing, and documentation
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and records for settlements, compliance, and tax purposes
• Uphold a professional, customer-first attitude while representing Panther at customer sites
• Manage your independent business operations, including fuel, maintenance, and cost control
