Music Teacher

Music & Arts is seeking a passionate Music Teacher for our retail store, providing high quality private and small group lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels. In this role, you'll design engaging lesson plans, prepare students for performances and school programs, and support instrument selection in partnership with retail staff. You'll track student progress, communicate regularly with parents, and maintain an encouraging, inclusive studio environment. Responsibilities

• Provide private and small-group music lessons to students of various ages and levels
• Develop and follow structured lesson plans aligned with student goals
• Prepare students for recitals, school performances, and auditions
• Assess and track student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress and goals
• Collaborate with store staff to support instrument selection and rentals
• Maintain an organized, inclusive, and safe studio environment
• Promote lesson programs and support student retention efforts
