Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer to safely transport time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America
- Maintain compliance with all DOT/FMCSA regulations, company safety standards, and hours-of-service rules
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance on equipment
- Coordinate with dispatch using onboard and mobile technology for real-time updates and routing
- Ensure secure, damage-free loading/unloading and accurate documentation of all shipments
- Provide professional, customer-focused service at pickup and delivery locations
- Manage fuel, tolls, and operating expenses to maximize route efficiency and profitability
- Communicate promptly about delays, incidents, or service issues to maintain on-time performance
- Adhere to Panther Premium Logistics' safety, reliability, and service quality expectations
- Represent Panther professionally, upholding its customer-first and teamwork-driven culture
Required Skills
- CDL Class A (or appropriate class)
