Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely for time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America
• Maintain full FMCSA/DOT compliance, accurate logs, and ELD records
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Plan efficient routes to meet tight delivery windows and service expectations
• Secure, monitor, and protect freight to Panther quality and safety standards
• Communicate proactively with dispatch, customers, and support teams 24/7
• Adhere to Panther's customer-first, safety-focused culture on every load
• Manage owner-operator business aspects, including fuel, upkeep, and paperwork
