CDL Truck Driver
Purple Crow is seeking a reliable CDL Truck Driver to support our food and beverage manufacturing and distribution operations from Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will safely operate company trucks to deliver Hispanic and Latino products to retail and foodservice customers across the Southeast. Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, accurate loading and load securement, maintaining product quality (including temperature control), and completing all DOT-required logs and delivery paperwork. You'll provide courteous customer service at delivery locations, follow all safety and traffic regulations, and coordinate closely with dispatch and warehouse teams. Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL truck to deliver food and beverage products to retail and foodservice customers
- Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Load, unload, and secure freight, protecting product quality and temperature where required
- Maintain accurate DOT logs, delivery paperwork, and electronic records
- Follow all DOT, company, and traffic safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and customer contacts regarding routes and delivery status
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at each delivery location
- Adhere to company policies on food safety, hygiene, and product handling
- Assist with basic truck cleanliness and routine upkeep as needed
