Welder

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc, a leader in cable carriers and machine protection systems, is seeking a skilled Welder to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will weld, fabricate, and repair metal components for industrial equipment, following blueprints, work orders, and safety standards. You'll perform MIG/TIG welding, inspect weld quality, and maintain welding equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/TIG and other welding processes on metal components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to complete jobs accurately
• Fabricate, fit, and position metal parts to specified dimensions and tolerances
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with company standards
• Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and safe equipment operation
• Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on welding tools and equipment
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to meet schedules
• Document work performed and report material or quality issues to supervision
