Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely across regional and long-haul routes for time-critical freight
• Handle high-value and temperature-sensitive shipments with strict adherence to customer and Panther standards
• Maintain FMCSA/DOT compliance, logs, inspections, and safety procedures at all times
• Coordinate with 24/7 dispatch using onboard technology for load updates and routing
• Perform basic equipment checks, report maintenance needs, and protect cargo integrity
• Deliver exceptional, professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations
• Manage documentation, bills of lading, and shipment records accurately and on time
