Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer safely to transport time-critical and high-value freight across North America
- Maintain strict compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations, company safety standards, and ELD requirements
- Handle temperature-sensitive and expedited shipments with care, accuracy, and urgency
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage routes, schedules, and paperwork, including BOLs and delivery documentation
- Protect freight integrity through proper securement, load balancing, and equipment checks
- Represent Panther Premium Logistics with a customer-first, solutions-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with dispatch and support teams in a 24/7 environment to resolve operational issues
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, reliability, and teamwork on every load
Required Skills
- Commercial driving (Class A CDL)
- Long-haul / regional trucking
- Electronic logging device (ELD) operation
- FMCSA/DOT safety compliance
- Hazardous materials handling (preferred)
