Responsibilities

  • Operate tractor-trailer safely to transport time-critical and high-value freight across North America
  • Maintain strict compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations, company safety standards, and ELD requirements
  • Handle temperature-sensitive and expedited shipments with care, accuracy, and urgency
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting maintenance needs promptly
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage routes, schedules, and paperwork, including BOLs and delivery documentation
  • Protect freight integrity through proper securement, load balancing, and equipment checks
  • Represent Panther Premium Logistics with a customer-first, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Collaborate with dispatch and support teams in a 24/7 environment to resolve operational issues
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, reliability, and teamwork on every load

Required Skills

  • Commercial driving (Class A CDL)
  • Long-haul / regional trucking
  • Electronic logging device (ELD) operation
  • FMCSA/DOT safety compliance
