In this contract role, you'll haul premium, temperature-sensitive shipments across North America using your own equipment, supported by advanced dispatch technology and round-the-clock operations. Responsibilities include safe, compliant OTR driving, strict on-time performance, cargo security, and clear communication with customers and dispatch. Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely for time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America
• Maintain DOT-compliant logs, inspections, and documentation using ELD and company systems
• Coordinate closely with dispatch to meet tight delivery windows and customer requirements
• Safeguard cargo through proper securement, handling, and temperature control procedures
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Uphold Panther safety, reliability, and customer-first standards on every load
• Communicate professionally with customers, facilities, and support teams 24/7 as needed
