Brass Teacher

Music & Arts, a leading national music retailer and lesson provider, is seeking a Brass Teacher to provide high quality private and group brass lessons in our Store 7346. In this role, you'll teach students of varying ages and skill levels, focusing on fundamentals, technique, and musicality while preparing them for performances, school ensembles, and auditions. You will create lesson plans, track progress, and communicate with parents and school partners. Responsibilities

• Provide private and small group brass lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Develop and follow individualized lesson plans focused on technique, theory, and repertoire
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to support goals and school requirements
• Prepare students for recitals, school performances, auditions, and ensemble participation
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school partners about student progress
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment in the store studio
• Support store education and sales initiatives by recommending appropriate instruments and accessories
• Accurately manage lesson schedules, attendance, and basic administrative tasks
