Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, is seeking experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive shipments across North America. As an independent contractor, you'll operate your own equipment while partnering with a premium logistics leader in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Responsibilities include safe, compliant over-the-road operation, on-time pickup and delivery, accurate ELD and documentation, and professional communication with dispatch and customers. Panther offers strong freight volumes, advanced technology, and support to help maximize your business growth and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL Class A tractor safely for expedited and high-value freight across North America
• Maintain full DOT, FMCSA, and Panther safety and compliance standards, including logs and inspections
• Manage your own schedule, routes, and equipment as an independent business owner
• Handle time-critical, temperature-sensitive, and high-value shipments with exceptional care
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations in a 24/7 environment
• Perform basic equipment checks, preventative maintenance coordination, and issue reporting
• Ensure accurate documentation, bills of lading, and electronic logs for every load
• Collaborate with Panther's team to optimize load selection, on-time delivery, and earnings
