Responsibilities

• Operate safely as an Owner Operator Truck Driver hauling time-critical and high-value freight
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery across North America with strong customer focus
• Maintain full FMCSA/DOT compliance, accurate logs, and required documentation
• Protect freight integrity, including temperature-sensitive and high-value loads
• Coordinate with Panther's 24/7 operations team for dispatch, routing, and issue resolution
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and manage basic truck maintenance
• Adhere to safety, reliability, and professionalism standards at all times
