Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, seeks experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support premium, time-critical freight across North America. In this fast-paced, customer-first role, you'll haul high-value, temperature-sensitive, and expedited shipments using your own equipment while partnering with our 24/7 operations team. Responsibilities include safe and compliant OTR driving, on-time pickup and delivery, freight securement, and accurate load documentation. You'll leverage advanced technology, ELDs, and real-time communication tools to optimize routes and service. Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailer for time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America
- Maintain strict compliance with DOT, HOS, and Panther safety standards
- Coordinate with 24/7 dispatch to meet on-time pickup and delivery requirements
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Secure and protect freight, including temperature-controlled and high-value loads
- Use onboard technology and ELDs for routing, communication, and load tracking
- Provide professional, customer-first service at all shipper and receiver locations
- Manage paperwork, BOLs, and load documentation accurately and on time
- Optimize routes, fuel stops, and hours to maximize revenue and efficiency
- Uphold Panther's culture of reliability, urgency, and teamwork on every load
