Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, is seeking professional Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support time-critical, high-value and temperature-sensitive freight across North America. As an independent contractor, you'll operate your own tractor while partnering with a fast-paced, customer-first logistics leader. Responsibilities include safe, compliant over-the-road operation, on-time pickup and delivery, cargo securement, temperature control, trip planning, and accurate ELD/documentation. You'll leverage advanced technology and 24/7 dispatch support while upholding Panther's high standards for reliability, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer for time-critical, high-value and temperature-sensitive loads across North America
• Ensure full compliance with FMCSA, DOT and Panther safety standards, including hours-of-service via ELDConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance
• Secure and protect cargo, maintaining temperature controls and load integrity
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers and support teams to meet strict delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading and shipment documentation
• Manage fuel, routing and trip planning to optimize on-time performance and earnings
