Panther Premium Logistics seeks experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to haul time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America. As an independent contractor, you'll operate your own tractor while partnering with a premium, 24/7 logistics network. Responsibilities include safe, compliant OTR operation, on-time pickup and delivery, cargo security and care, and accurate documentation. You'll use advanced dispatch technology, coordinate closely with operations, and uphold Panther's customer-first, safety-focused culture on every load.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely for time-critical freight
• Pick up and deliver high-value and temperature-sensitive loads on schedule
• Maintain full DOT, FMCSA, and Panther safety compliance
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance
• Communicate with dispatch using onboard and mobile technology
• Protect cargo integrity, security, and temperature requirements
• Accurately complete logs, BOLs, and delivery documentation
• Provide professional, customer-first service at all locations
• Collaborate with Panther operations in a 24/7 environment
• Adhere to company policies and continuous improvement standards
