Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, is seeking experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America. Responsibilities include professional operation of your equipment, strict DOT/FMCSA compliance, freight security, and temperature management. Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer for time-critical, high-value and temperature-sensitive freight across North America
• Maintain full FMCSA/DOT compliance, accurate logs and safe driving standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Coordinate closely with 24/7 dispatch, following optimized routes and delivery windows
• Protect freight integrity, including temperature management, load securement and damage prevention
• Provide professional, customer-first service at shipper and receiver locations
• Manage owner-operator business tasks such as fuel planning, documentation and recordkeeping
• Adhere to Panther Premium Logistics safety, security and performance policies
